Service Description

The goal of YEE’s Career Exploration program is to develop an awareness of post-secondary training opportunities, to explore various entrepreneurial career opportunities, and to support students in making career decisions. Topics include an overview of the career exploration process, self-assessments and self-discovery, career research and pathways, goal setting and action planning, developing a personal career compass and a career plan, and a chance to explore careers with professionals. The program finishes with a virtual graduation ceremony where participants’ families are invited to celebrate with their youth and hear about what they’ve accomplished during the program!
